As a consumer at EVXAB.COM Sverige AB, you are covered by the Consumer Purchasing Act, the Consumer Services Act and the Act on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises. Please note that companies are embraced by other conditions and do not have the right of withdrawal.

EVXAB.COM Sverige AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. All orders are considered binding and false orders are reported to the police department without exception.

§1. Applicability

EVXAB.COM Sverige AB's ("EVX") general terms of sale apply to EVX's products, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the customer and EVX.

§2. Product information and Shipping

The products presented on the EVX website constitute EVX's regular assortment. In the event of a difference between the terms, product information or prices stated on the EVX website and in other publications, the information on the website takes precedence.

Current prices of products submitted on the EVX web site are updated in real time. Prices are stated in EUR and are shown with- and without VAT.

EVX has the right to change prices without prior notice. The website states the price if something else is agreed.

We send all orders outside of Sweden with DHL, or in some cases using UPS. You will always see the current shipping cost at the checkout page. Freight costs are based on the total weight of products in your cart. The total freight cost shows directly at the checkout and no other shipping cost is added.

  • For unclaimed Parcel (business package) 40 EUR excl. VAT will be charged.
  • For unloaded pallet shipments, 90 EUR excl. VAT will be charged.
  • For unclaimed DHL packages, 20 EUR excl. VAT will be charged.

§3. Payment terms and security

Payment can be made by payment with Direct payment via internet bank (only supported banks) and Card payment (VISA / Mastercard) using our Payment partner Payson or with Proforma Invoice.

Payment is easy and secure with Payson. Even if you do not have a Payson account before, you can quickly make the transaction via Payson. Payson collaborates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks offering direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank. Payson maintains high security requirements and is PCI certified by Trustwave, an international secure e-commerce organization. All traffic is encrypted through SSL 128 bits and all card transfers are based on the banks' so-called 3D-secure technology. Payson started in Sweden in 2004 and over a million people have used Payson, which is a well-known payment solution on the Internet.

Companies can pay their orders via proforma invoice. Tax will be deducted when entering a valid VAT-number. Shipment will be sent upon received payment. The products remain EVX property until full payment is made. Please note that all orders without a valid VAT-number will have Swedish VAT of 25% added.

In case of any issues of an invalid VAT-number, EVX have the right to claim accurate amount after the consignment has been completed.

VAT Information Exchange System

VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) is a search engine (not a database) owned by the European Commission. The data is retrieved from national VAT databases when a search is made from the VIES tool.

If the system returns an invalid status it means that the VAT number you are trying to validate is not registered in the relevant national database. This is due to one of the following reasons:

• the VAT number does not exist
• the VAT number has not been activated for intra-EU transactions
• the registration is not yet finalised (some EU countries require a separate registration for intra-EU transactions).

What if an existing number isn't verified?

If VIES are unable to confirm you VAT number — Please check that you have entered correct VAT-number. Otherwise request verification with the tax office in your country. Your company may be required to make an additional registration for EU cross-border transactions. This procedure varies between EU countries.

Data not available

The system is sometimes not available due to the need to back-up the national databases. The Commission is working with the Member States to ensure that the length of time that their databases are down is kept to a minimum. If you receive an error message when entering you VAT-number you should wait a few minutes and then try again or try at another moment of the day.

Late Payments

In case of late payments, we refer to DIRECTIVE 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions.

Basic points for late invoice payments where these are applicable,

• Authorities and large companies must pay for both goods and services within 30 days when approved for invoice payments.
• EVX are automatically entitled to €40 fee for handling reminder and requirements.
• The interest rate is set at 8% + the central bank's reference rate.
• Interest rate are calculated by European Union interest calculator.

§4 Revocation information (Individuals)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail). You may use our online form found at, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In order to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.

We do not accept withdrawals on custom quotes- and orders as for ex. deducted pricing and custom quantity.

Please note that companies- or organizations do not have the right of withdrawal.

§ 5. Ordering and order confirmation

By making a purchase with EVX, the customer accepts these General Terms of Sale. By accepting the terms, the customer commits to follow the terms in full.

When placing an order, a receipt confirmation is sent via e-mail. This receipt confirms information about the contents of the order. When the order is dispatched from EVX warehouse, the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. Binding agreements will be made upon order confirmation to the customer.

Cancellations are made by phone via our exchange (+46) 019 - 761 33 21 by e-mail If the order is under the status "Processing in progress", the process has started, and the order can no longer be canceled.

Make sure to always provide correct delivery information.

§ 6. Delivery, Stock status and Identification

The risk of delivery is handed to the customer when the product is delivered by EVX to carrier (Incoterms 2010 Ex Works, EXW).

EVX bears no responsibility whatsoever for delivery delays, whether the delay is due to carrier delays, delays or residual quotes from the product manufacturer or other circumstances. For private individuals, delivery is only made to a registered address, which is also a mandatory task when ordering.

Please note that products with stock status "Shipped from external warehouse" have an extended delivery time, in addition to our normal delivery time. Please contact us at for delivery questions. Once your order is set "In progress" it can no longer be canceled or changed.

When you pick up a package, rack or postage from a service location, or receive a delivery at home, you need to be able to identify yourself. A power of attorney can be used when the recipient lacks valid credentials or for some reason is unable to acknowledge shipments himself.

§7. Transport damage

Upon receipt, the customer must check the delivered products. Transport damage must be reported to the carrier and EVX on the day of arrival of the delivery. Hidden transport damage that has not been discovered or should have been discovered at the time of delivery shall be advertised as soon as it is possible and in all circumstances within and one week from the receipt of the delivery. If the customer does not claim transport damage within specified time limits, the customer loses the right to make a claim against the carrier and EVX.

§8. Complaint / Broken item

Upon receipt, the customer must check the product / delivery. In order to claim that a delivery is incorrect, the customer must immediately report the error to EVX immediately after this discovery, but no later than 10 days from the invoice date and in a certain specified manner return the product.

In the event of a complaint, I should contact EVX, preferably via My Account / Order History on the EVX website and create a case. Please note that obtaining case number is not equivalent to approving complaints.

The case number is valid for 14 days during which time the product should have received EVX. Upon return of the product, return to EVX must be paid. Furthermore, the order number, invoice and discovery of a valid case number, together with a detailed account of the error, must accompany the product.

Returns must be returned well packaged in approved packaging (eg brown corrugated cardboard box). Any transport damage to the result of inadequate packaging is charged to the customer. Upon approved return for a complaint, you will receive a shipping note free of charge via e-mail from us.

EVX reserves the right to product control of the product as well as charge a repair fee if the product is not in fault and complaints there are not accepted.

§9. Guarantee

All the products you purchase from us that are damaged or not operating in the way they should operate according to the information we provide electronically, are covered by warranty. We offer one (1) year warranty on all goods. Please observe that EVX makes no further guarantees beyond the respective manufacturer's specified warranty terms.

§10. Responsibility for errors

If there are any errors that EVX is responsible for, EVX undertakes, at its discretion, to remedy the error by repairing, delivering or repaying the purchase price. EVX has the right to refer the customer directly to the respective manufacturer or to the service workshop designated by the manufacturer for the corrective action. Additional rights for the customer may result from the respective manufacturers' own guarantees directed to the end customer.

EVX's liability for defects in the product is limited to what is stated above and the customer cannot make any other claims against EVX for errors.

EVX shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of production or loss of profits, or other damages as a result of impossibility or difficulty in using computers or information, or for loss of data.

§11. Tech Support

For technical support and user support, EVX has the right to refer the customer to their respective product manufacturers and, where applicable, to third-party companies' payment support. Please note that support may be in English for some manufacturers and in some cases, support is provided only via email and website. For EVX support this should primarily be done via a detailed error description to, also attach pictures of any configuration. Enter your order number and contact details. §12. Special conditions for software

All software available for download from the EVX Web site is copyrighted works of their respective manufacturers. When purchasing the right to use and / or license to software, the conditions of each manufacturer or licensor apply. The terms may be included or included in the software. EVX's liability is limited to the liability of the manufacturer or licensor in relation to the customer under applicable conditions. The limitation includes, but is not limited to, warranty regarding suitability or intellectual property rights.

§13. Software with electronic / digital distribution as a delivery method

After ordering, an e-mail is sent to the address stated in the shopping cart with link for download of activation key. Through this link you can also download the software and thus avoid ordering and handling a physical product. Please note that these products have no right of return. Once your order has been placed during processing, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Delivery of the license is usually within 24 hours to the e-mail you specify at the time of order; holidays can affect the delivery time.

Please note that correct address information (population registration address) must also be provided for products with digital distribution.

§14. Special Order Item / Non-Stock Item

Special Order Item or Non-Stock items are not eligible for withdrawal and cannot be returned. Shipment of goods is made when payment is accepted.

If the supplier does not have the product in stock, we will notify you by e-mail and you will receive an estimated delivery date. Should there be any delivery problems or final sales, we will return the money and cancel your order. The same conditions apply to other products. Open orders are not offered for special orders that are not normally in stock.

Please note! If your order has received status "Processing in progress", no changes can be made or canceled, this is also eligible when order has been shipped.

§15. Immaterial rights

The contents of the EVX website are owned by EVX or its licensors. The information is protected by marketing and intellectual property laws, which means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout etc. may not be copied or otherwise used without written approval from EVX.

Printing or other copying of the material is permitted for your own, private, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to copy, save or otherwise reproduce, process, modify, transmit, transfer, otherwise use or exploit the material or any part thereof without the prior written consent of EVX.

§16. Customer accounts

Login information (username and password) to customer accounts on the EVX website should be handled carefully so that they do not come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons. By giving their login details to someone else, the customer thus confirms that the person has the right to place orders in the customer's name and that the customer is liable for payment of such orders in relation to EVX. For customer accounts belonging to legal persons, all persons who have access to the login information for the customer account are considered to be authorized to place orders on behalf of the customer. If a customer suspects that any unauthorized person has access to his or her login information, it is incumbent on the customer to immediately alert EVX and change his password.

§17. Applicable law and dispute

Swedish law shall apply to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be finally resolved by arbitration procedure administered by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC). The seat of the arbitration procedure shall be Stockholm. Rules for Simplified Arbitration Procedure shall be applied unless SCC, taking into account the severity of the case, the value of the dispute and other circumstances, determines that Arbitration Rules shall be applied. In the latter case, SCC shall also decide whether the arbitration panel shall consist of one or three arbitrators. The seat of the arbitration procedure shall be Örebro. In addition, EVX shall always have the right to apply for injunction or to bring an action for non-payment in public court with Örebro district court as the first instance.

§18. Special conditions for products in home automation.

When installing products in remote control and home automation, it is recommended to use an authorized electrical installer at any time. In the event of a complaint, EVX places a requirement on presentation of documentation that demonstrates that installation has been done professionally.

§19. Other

EVX cannot be held liable for inconveniences arising from circumstances beyond EVX control, such as wars, war-like events, riots and unrest, extreme weather conditions, disruptions of public relations, public goods shortages, export and import restrictions, legal regulation or other authority orders in Sweden or abroad, strike, lockout, blockade or other work disability, fire, explosion or other accident.

EVX reserves the right to change all information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications and product offerings without prior notice.

Information and prices are provided with reservation for printing and typing errors, errors in specified technical specifications, suppliers price raise and, End-of-Life and final sales.

The information provided on the EVX website does not constitute a guarantee of usefulness, suitability or warranty other than where indicated directly. Current offers are valid as long as the inventory is sufficient, unless otherwise stated. EVX reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
