There is no official standard in Syria and Turkey, the Schuko connector is in general use.

Plug-Type E+F CEE-7/7-System
Two safety feature systems are incorporated in the Schuko plug so that grounding (earthing) functions through the flanges on the circumference of the plug or through an earth pin (French system).

Connector type C13
The appliance coupler IEC 60320-C13 is used to connect equipment that doesn't produce excessive heat when in use. The maximum pin temperature should not exceed 70°C and the maximum current is 10A.

This C13 version has built in patented lock mechanism to prevent accidental disconnection from the connected equipment.
